Frilled-bat

Frilled-bat (Greedwyrm Companions)

Friendly and curious bat-like creatures with natural lace growing from their appendages. They enjoy the comforts of the Crystal Caverns where they can gnaw on crystals to sharpen their teeth and claws and sleep without noisy disturbances. They enjoy being spoiled and cared for and will often follow a Greedwyrm out of the caverns and back home with them.

They are not nocturnal like other species of bat and can easily adapt to a Greedwyrms lifestyle, they make the perfect companion.

A vampiric and much more cunning variant of the species.

Cloud Cherub

Cloud Cherub (Greedwyrm Companions)

A phenomenon amongst the clouds, Greedwyrms suspect these sweet little cherubs are born from when the sun shines through clouds that contain the essense of an angel.

They are calm and helpful but are wise have a mind of their own, visiting their companion wyrm when they are needed, not when they are wanted.

A much more gloomy yet powerful variation made from the tears of fallen angels on their descent.

Gildstag

Gildstag (Greedwyrm Companions)

A small and curious deer-like creature that seems to be capable of sustaining its own mini eco system of a frosty environment on its back.
Its incredibly skittish and difficult to gain enough trust to bring it home with you and so the elusive Gildstag can only truly be befriended during special winter events when the weather
and atmosphere is just right.

Once bonded, this small but strong companion provides endless loyalty and an effective defence with its sharp icicle antlers.

A warm and sweet smelling variant made from marshmallow and chocolate, extremely rare.

Greedhound

Greedhound (Greedwyrm Companions)

Found roaming the cursed wastelands, these aggressive and territorial canines seem to have an affinity to Greedwyrms because of their similar habit of hoarding.
They make loyal companions who value mutual respect.


Variants

Enraged

Particularly aggressive and territorial, very difficult to tame but if a Greedwyrm was determined enough, an Enraged Greedhound would provide excellent protection.
